Thomas Keating with SPI Teachers

Father Thomas Keating founded “Contemplative Outreach,” an organization that is based on the method of “Center Prayer” that he helped develop over forty years ago. In the late 1970s, he founded the Snowmass Conference for InterSpiritual Dialog that brought together experienced meditators from many of the world’s religions. The contemplative mission of Spiritual Paths was deeply inspired by Father Thomas’ wisdom and example. From left to right: Rabbi Rami Shapiro, Dr. Ed Bastian, Rev.
