Good health is one of our most precious gifts. As we age, the quest for sound body and mind becomes a gateway to explore the fascinating, profound, and infinite dimensions of our human existence.

If we are wise, we welcome periods of good health with gratitude. At the same time we should learn about integral or holistic methods for staying healthy including nutrition, exercise, psychology, relationships, and spirituality.

This summerxe2x80x99s Spiritual Paths program will focus on love, compassion and Integral Health as essential components for total well-being. We will also focus on the power of meditation to improve our health and the quality of our lives.

Our teachers will explore how and why love, compassion, meditation and an integral approach are so vitally important for total good health. We will examine the many facets of love from modern science and psychology to the ancient wisdom teachings of Christianity, Judaism, and Buddhism. Working with teachers in intimate discussion and experiential groups, we will learn well-tested techniques for meditation and for generating and expanding love for everyone in our life, including ourselves.

Our program begins on Saturday night, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at Paepcke Auditorium with renowned teacher and author Joan Borysenko, Ph.D. Joan is the author of such best selling books as The Power of the Mind to Heal, A Woman's Journey to God, Guilt is the Teacher Love is the Lesson, Healing and Spirituality, and her newly published Saying Yes to Change.

The program continues all day on Monday at the Aspen Chapel 9:00 AM xe2x80x93 12:00 PM and 1:30 xe2x80x93 5:00 PM with a stimulating combination of presentations, and in-depth group interactions. On Monday evening from 7-8:30 pm we will conclude with a lively panel discussion between teachers with questions from participants concluding with special InterSpiritual meditations on love and compassion.
