Theme Two: Maps of Transformation

This set of courses on Maps of Transformation builds on the theme of Primary Principles by exploring how each tradition has defined its ideal, perfect spiritual states of being and how this plays out in our daily lives. We will examine and experience the transformative theories, methods, and goals of the contemplative practices within each tradition that create human health, happiness, compassion, and wisdom as we progress along the path towards our most profound spiritual destinies.

Classes will explore answers provided by each tradition to the following questions:

-What are the methods for spiritual transformation?

-What are the obstacles and means to achieve transformation?

-What is the purpose and methods for intention and attention?
